Check-out time is 10:00 am
Vacuum and sweep all floors
Strip beds of bedding and place for collection
Wash and put away all dishes
Remove all food from refrigerator and cabinets
Replace all beach equipment neatly
Return and organize bikes
Place all trash and recycling in respective bins
Put furniture back in its original location
Latch and lock all windows and doors
Turn off lights
Walk around outside and look for your items (don’t forget the outside shower)
Return keys to rental agency by 10:00 am
