You can enter the Bay Beach by crossing the street in front of the house and entering the public access to the left of the house to the left.

Intercom
The intercom can play music or help you communicate within the house.
Elevator
Please use the elevator to move all you suitcases, food, and any other large items. It saves on the wear and tear of the rest of the home.
When you enter the elevator turn the light on, pull the wooden external door shut and then close the metal cage door completely. Push the button for your destination floor. Once you exit the elevator, please turn the light off, shut the metal cage securely and close the wooden door completely.
Bikes
To get out and about quickly and avoid a half day to search and rent bikes, we have provided an option for you to use them. If you use the bikes, please use helmets (not provided) and sign the waiver with the rental agency.
Equipment for Beach Fun
There are beach chairs, beach toys, various sized life vests and bikes in the garage of the house.
Departure Check List
We hope you had a great stay. Here is the check list of to does
Check-out time is 10:00 am
Vacuum and sweep all floors
Strip beds of bedding and place for collection
Wash and put away all dishes
Remove all food from refrigerator and cabinets
Replace all beach equipment neatly
Return and organize bikes nicely
Place all trash and recycling in respective bins
Put furniture back in its original location
Latch and lock all windows and doors
Return keys to rental agency by 10:00 am
