During the winter of 2017/2018 several nor’easter pummeled the Atlantic coast decimating the dunes. During March and April of 2018 the Delaware Department of Natural resources deposited 70 dump trucks of sand per day to rebuild the beach. Here are before and after pictures of the damage and repair.
